Introduction
The Trustees agreed to use the Charity Commission model document as a starting place for this work. The Steering Group worked hard to create a list of proposals for the Trustees about the elements of this model which needed to be tailored. The Trustees agreed the proposals, and these are now set out below for Members to consider.
